Your fitness routine

I’ve started working out again, 30 minutes of jogging twice a week and 30 minutes of weight-lifting once a week. It’s not much, but it’s the maximum I have time for now, other than occasional bit of garden work, hiking trip, or playtime with my kids.

What is your fitness routine, and can anyone give me pointers on the weights?
