    Tuesday — Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf, green beans, yeast rolls

    Wednesday — Baked tilapia, twice baked potatoes, Caesar salad

    Thursday — Oven fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli

    Friday — Toasted roast beef sandwiches on homemade flat bread, salad, onion rings


    Saturday — Chicken legs, salad, rice pudding with strawberries

    Sunday — Salad with sardines, blueberry cobbler with whipped cream

    Monday — Hungarian pork ribs, cucumber salad

    Tuesday — Refried beans, rice, broccoli

    Wednesday — Brisket with potatoes, onions, cabbage, and carrots

    Thursday — Ramen-veggie soup

    Friday — Tomato herring, green beans, potatoes


    Sunday — Curried venison with sweet potatoes, jasmine rice

    Monday — Baked venison with mixed veggies

    Tuesday — Off Day

    Wednesday — Curried fish with green beans, jasmine rice

    Thursday — Curried squash with sausage and mixed veggies

    Friday — Off Day

    Saturday — Spaghetti with meat sauce and mixed veggies
