Sunday- Red wine grilled lamb chops, Greek lima beans, tomato and feta salad with vinaigrette, Hummingbird cake

Monday- Eggplant Parmigiana, Caesar salad

Tuesday- Jerk chicken salad

Wednesday- Flat bread vegetable and feta pizzas, spicy marinated chicken wings

Thursday- Broccoli, cheese and potato soup

Friday- Bacon cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries

Saturday-Mushroom, tomato and basil bolognese, green salad


Sunday- Roasted ham hock with dark beer sauce, potato dumplings, salad, blueberry streusel sheet cake

Monday- Leftovers from Sunday, brussels sprouts

Tuesday- Lamb chili with green beans, corn on the cob

Wednesday- Collard greens, honey-mustard ham, mashed potatoes, baked beans

Thursday- Bratwurst, sourdough bread and butter, salad

Friday- Bright yellow daal, cucumber-tomato raita, pineapple chutney, naan

Saturday- Spaghetti bolognese, salad

Saint Velvet:

Sunday-  Garlic/dijon leg of lamb, mashed potatoes with sour cream, wilted spinach with lemon butter, angel food cake w/hot fudge, whipped cream, and strawberries

Monday- grilled chicken fajita salad

Tuesday- hamburger patties, green beans w/mushrooms and bacon, rice

Wednesday- ginger chicken lettuce wraps

Thursday- leftovers, meeting snacks

Friday- grilled shrimp kebab, grilled romaine, homemade Caesar

Saturday- smoked sausage,  Cole slaw, sweet potato fries
