Menu Plan Monday: Vacation Edition

We’re traveling for most of the month, and we’re enjoying households and various rentals that allow us to prepare the majority of our own meals and enjoy some splurges that fall between regular old ho-hum week in, week out fare and over priced and overrated tourist traps.  It’s awesome.

What’s for dinner at your house, people?

Saint Velvet:

Sun: Lobster, grilled peaches,  jicama slaw

Mon: lemon chicken, parslied potatoes, tomato and bacon salad, pots de creme

Tues: lettuce wraps with charred pork, ginger, and cilantro, watermelon

Wed:  mixed grill,  mushroom bacon skewers, big salad

Thu: Dagwood sandwiches on rye, sweet potato fries

Fri:  peel and eat shrimp,  macaroni and cheese timbales, overnight salad

Sat:  kitchen sink burgers, potato salad
