- Wednesday- Eggplant/Zucchini lasagna, Caesar salad
- Thursday- Grilled mahi mahi with mango salsa, quinoa, steamed green beans
- Friday- Spinach/feta burgers on homemade buns adapted from Diane’s recipe, onion rings.
- Monday- braised beef steaks with onions, broccoli, steamed potatoes
- Tuesday- Chicken skewers on rice.
- Wednesday- Spaghetti with marinara and leftover steak
- Thursday- dinner out
- Friday- Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato-veggie soup
