  • Sunday- Cubed steak with beef gravy, rice, cabbage with rutabagas, pineapple upside down cake
  • Monday- Cantina Pinto Beans, Kale, corn muffins
  • Tuesday- Beef and vegetable kabobs, wild rice
  • Wednesday- Eggplant/Zucchini lasagna, Caesar salad
  • Thursday- Grilled mahi mahi with mango salsa, quinoa, steamed green beans
  • Friday- Spinach/feta burgers on homemade buns adapted from Diane’s recipe, onion rings.


  • Monday- braised beef steaks with onions, broccoli, steamed potatoes
  • Tuesday- Chicken skewers on rice.
  • Wednesday- Spaghetti with marinara and leftover steak
  • Thursday- dinner out
  • Friday- Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato-veggie soup
