Is I white?

In my last article, I referred to the Boston Marathon guys as “white”, which immediately provoked a set of comments that corrected me. Au contraire, Mrs. Vanessa, these men are blah, blah, DNA, yada, haplo, diplo, whatever.

I would like to clarify something here:

White people are now in the minority in the most populous places and in the youngest cohort, and most of the ones left are old or living someplace irrelevant like Vermont or Idaho. That means that their opinions on these sort of things don’t really matter anymore.

If black people think you are white, then you are white. You see, to the rest of us, y’all all look alike.

Now you know. You are very welcome.
